8. GPU Infrastructure Terms

For GPU lease-to-own and co-location hosting services:

• Lease terms, pricing, and payment schedules are specified in individual agreements.
• Hardware remains the property of Shobdo until all lease payments are completed.
• You are responsible for the software and workloads you run on leased or hosted hardware.
• We provide reasonable uptime commitments as specified in service-level agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on our website and in our products are owned by Shobdo, LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to us.
